Upgrades the traditional hot stamping coder, without pre-heating and manually changing types. 200 dpi resolution for clear prints, with real-time and lot number printing for traceability.
Intelligent
Can print time, variables, text, graphics, etc. Character size, line number and orientation can be edited at will. HMI supports hot swap; multiple printers can be connected with one HMI.
Environmental
Consumables are thermal transfer ribbons — non-toxic, tasteless and no dust, suitable for strict environmental protection requirements with no damage to packaging material.
Beneficial
Character size adjustable within print area, minimum 0.5mm gap between prints. Long ribbon reduces frequency of downtime, easy to change the printing message on HMI.
